Good and fresh. Any time I go to a donut shop for the first time, I judge them based on the most basic donut, a glazed yeast donut. Bills are very nice. Not too light, but not heavy. They have a great variety, too. There was a line when I walked in, which is always a good sign, but it moved quickly.

It was kind of comforting to go early in the morning and make a selection of a dozen donuts to take to friends. The shop has the ambiance of an old established business that puts customers first and is always open. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The guy who waited on me suggested their seasonal banana creme filled, which was nice. People seemed happy to be going there that I passed on my way in and out. The price was very reasonable and the checkout was smooth. Parking was plenteous with lots of handicapped spaces. Easy on/off the 675 expressway, which was nice. Nice to see the famous Bill's Donuts firsthand at last! Thanks to everyone for a great visit and experience!

Absolutely loved Bill’s Donut! 🍩 Everything tasted fresh and delicious, but the Peanut Persian and the Cinnamon donut were the standout favorites for me. The Peanut Persian was soft, fluffy, and perfectly topped with a rich peanut glaze, while the Cinnamon donut had just the right amount of sweetness and spice. Definitely worth the visit—I can’t wait to go back and try more flavors!

I cannot thank Bills Donuts enough for the kindness and compassion they showed my son, Jameson, this afternoon. What started as a difficult moment when Jameson unexpectedly got sick and threw up in the store quickly became a reminder that genuine kindness still exists. Every staff member jumped in without hesitation to help us, showing such grace, patience, and understanding during an embarrassing and stressful situation for a parent. Their care went far beyond cleaning up a mess—they made sure Jameson felt comforted and cared for. To top it off, they surprised him with free donuts to help brighten his day while he wasn’t feeling his best. The donuts are always delicious, fresh, and worth the visit, but today it was the incredible people behind the counter who truly made an impact on our hearts. Thank you for treating my son with such compassion and for turning a hard moment into one we’ll remember for all the right reasons. We are so grateful for your kindness. ❤️

I am so incredibly impressed. My coworkers tell me how great this place is so today for National Donut Day we got about 6 dozen donuts. I made the order for pick up online the day before. I got there about 10 minutes earlier and to my pleasant surprise everything was ready! The wonderful person working at pickup went through donuts by donut to ensure I got all of my order. I had underestimated how busy this wonderful place would be and asked the same lady if there was anyone who could me carry all of these, and she happily agreed. She wa so kind, the donuts were some of the best I’ve ever had. I can understand why this place was packed and we will absolutely be back!!!!
